"TESTIMONIAL"

With a lifelong passion for martial arts, I have dedicated over 30 years to empowering students through disciplined training and mentorship. As a 6th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, I believe martial arts is more than physical skill—it is a pathway to personal growth, respect, and perseverance. As the head instructor of Journey Martial Arts, I have cultivated a supportive and high-energy environment where students of all ages thrive. Many students have gone on to earn black belts, win championships, and become instructors themselves. I have been known for blending traditional discipline with modern training methods, emphasizing character development, mental resilience, and technical excellence. Through structured programs for children, teens, and adults, I have helped hundreds of students build confidence, strength, and leadership skills both on and off the mat. Martial Arts is a passion of my entire family with my husband, daughter and son all attaining a black belt and multiple world titles, and a little one who is a green belt in the cub program.

I'm a fourth degree black belt from Las Vegas. From dinosaurs to ninjas, I was your average hyperactive boy. This all changed when my mom brought me to my first Martial Arts class with Master Bantum. Ever since I started under my instructor almost 16 years ago, I knew I wanted to be an instructor. Now, as I have that chance in Cabot, I plan to use this opportunity to build a dynamic team that becomes leaders both in the community and in the academy they train at. Going beyond what martial arts is known for and crafting a fun program that shapes people as a whole is and will always be what drives me to build the best academy around.
